Step 2  Begin S-PAVe Planning

S-PAVe planning timeline and milestones
One of the values of S-PAVe planning comes from creating the major elements of the project, including the milestones and timeline.  The planning timeline of an S-PAVe is left to the S-PAVe planning committee to determine.  It is dependent on the format of the event and the amount of time available for planning.  The timeline should track and elaborate on your event planning milestones.  Start your timeline by setting reasonable dates for your milestones and then adding the smaller and more detailed tasks which are necessary to meet your milestone objectives.

1. Organize an S-PAVe Planning Committee
2. Select an S-PAVe Date
3. Generate Preliminary S-PAVe Agenda
4. Identify / Select S-PAVe Location
