Student Professional Awareness Conferences
Student Professional Awareness Conferences (S-PACs) are structured events organized by student branches where students listen to experienced engineers from diverse backgrounds and discuss topics from the six critical professional development categories. S-PACs normally involve presentation(s) and panel sessions. The keynote speaker from the S-PAC national speaker database is funded by the IEEE-USA Student Professional Awareness Committee.

Student Professional Awareness Ventures
Student Professional Awareness Ventures (S-PAVes) are projects or activities organized by IEEE Student Branches to develop an awareness of engineering professionalism. S-PAVes are generally focused on one professional development category and do not have to be a conference format.

Student Professional Awareness Workshop
Student Professional Awareness Workshops (S-PAWs) are structured professional development workshops organized by student branches that are presented and funded by the IEEE-USA Student Professional Awareness Committee. These workshops are held 1-2 times a year in different parts of the US.
