IEEE member Dr. Sylvia Wilson-Thomas, representing the IEEE and EWeek, addresses some 150 NGO representatives at the United Nations on 25 March. Wilson-Thomas was one of four panel members invited to brief the international community of NGOs on Girls and Technology: New Educational Opportunities as a part of EWeek's "Introduce a Girl to Engineering" initiative.
