Your Annual Meeting Registration Fee is $380.00.  This includes Friday Dinner; Saturday's Breakfast and Lunch,  Awards Banquet & Afterglow Reception; Sunday Breakfast; and all Coffee Breaks.  After 21 March the Late Registration fee will be $465.00.

Please check out the "Food Menu" page and advise if you will need a special diet for any particular meal.  For those that will be observing Passover, the hotel will be obtaining special Kosher for Passover meals.  Please make sure you make the notations on the registration form for meals.

From your confirmation form you will need your attendee reference code # which will be on your email copy of the registration.

The hotel cut-off date for sleeping rooms is 21 March 2008. 
Please don't forget to book your room as soon as possible.
