Please call the hotel direct at 1.404.659.6500 or 1.800.833.8624, for the IEEE-USA Leadership Workshop sleeping room group rate.  Reservations may also be made online.  To book, modify, or cancel a reservation, attendees are required to enter the password 3E15E Sheraton Atlanta Hotel reservations .

PLEASE NOTE:  If you get an error message or a "hotel if full" notice etc. try a 
different sleeping room type!  We do still have rooms.

The 2004 Workshop sleeping room rate is $119.00 for one or two people in a room, king or 2 beds. The appropriate state and local taxes of 14% will be added. The cost of the sleeping rooms is the responsibility of the attendee. The cut-off date for sleeping rooms at the contracted rate will only be honored up to Monday, 8 March 2004. Depending upon the sold-out status at the hotel, the contracted rate may not be available after this date resulting in a higher room rate.  

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  

All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, with check-out at Noon. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM, will be accommodated, as rooms become available.  Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Parking

Parking for attendees and guests of the IEEE-USA 2003 Workshop will be provided at the discounted fee of $10.00 per day. This same rate will also be available to any overnight guests staying at the hotel.  The parking attendant will have a list of groups in the hotel that have discounted parking rates. The attendee/guest needs to tell the attendant what group they are with, as they leave the lot, to get your rate.

Fitness Center

To help guests keep fit while traveling and unwind after a long day’s work, the hotel has a fitness facility, complete with cardiovascular and free weight equipment. The center is open 24 hours per day and is complimentary to hotel guests.
